3rd of July Family Picnic, Concert in the Park and Beer Garden featuring Sierra Madre’s own Groovy Lemon Pie! 6:30-9:30 pm.
Click here for Groovy Lemon Pie Sierra Madre’s Independence Day celebration kicks off a day early in Memorial Park. Grab a drink at the Friends of Sierra Madre Little League beer garden, dance to music from the Sierra Madre’s own Groovy Lemon Pie and let your kids have fun with confetti eggs, bubble wrap fireworks, a dunk tank, and a fun zone located on the back lawn! Friends of Sierra Madre Little League Beer Garden Help Support Sierra Madre Little League and The Fourth of July Committee Beer and Wine Garden! Price $6.00 a ticket or 4 tickets for $20.00 Cash or credit card accepted! Hours: 5:30pm-10:30pm Last call 9:30pm Ticket sales end at 9:45pm No entry after 10:00 pm Music in the bandshell: Groovy Lemon Pie 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The following streets will be closed to through traffic no earlier than 4:00pm and no later than 11:30pm.
-South Hermosa Avenue from Sierra Madre Blvd. to Mariposa Ave.
July 4th 2020:
The following streets will be closed to through traffic from no earlier than 6:00 am to no later than 1:00 pm.
-Sierra Madre Blvd. from Michillinda to Claridge St. (in Arcadia). Cars will not be able to cross Sierra Madre Blvd. at any of the intersections between Michillinda and Claridge St. Plan on taking either Michillinda or Santa Anita to access areas North or South of Sierra Madre Blvd.
-Kersting Court
-Baldwin Avenue from Montecito to Sierra Madre Blvd. (*reserved for handicapped parking*)
The following streets will be closed to through traffic from no earlier than 7:00am to no later than 11:30 am.
-Mariposa Avenue from Michillinda Avenue to Park Street
-Sunnyside Avenue from Ramona Avenue to Montecito
The following streets will be closed to through traffic from no earlier than 9:00am to no later than 1:00 pm.
-Rancho Road from Sierra Madre Blvd. to Santa Anita Court
Additional No Parking Areas
-No parking on the Northside of Mariposa Ave. between Hermosa and Lima on July 4th between 7:00am and 10:30.
-No parking on the Eastside of the Sierra Vista Park Parking Lot on July 4th between 6:00am and 3:30pm.
-No parking on the Eastside of the Sierra Vista Park Parking Lot on July 4th between 6:00am and 3:30pm.
Handicapped Parking
– Handicapped parking on Baldwin Ave. between Montecito and Sierra Madre Blvd. on July 4 from 9:30am (dependent on when Fun Run ends) to 12:00pm. To avoid street closures, cars looking for handicapped parking should approach Montecito from the North. A handicapped placard or license plate sticker must be identifiable.
